This is a 2 Day Course
Class end time subject to change based on number of participants and participants' experience.
**Please ensure online learning is completed prior to attending the first day of in-person sessions.**

Lifeguard Certification Prerequisites:
- 15 years or older to participate
- Participants need the personal email address for online training
- Online training must be completed before the start of training
- 2-day in-person course - all days must be attended
- Classroom & pool setting - dress accordingly
- A Hip Pack, Whistle, & BigEasy CPR Mask (NO TRIANGLE MASKS) are required to attend the course.
Swim Prerequisite:
- Swim 50 yards without stopping
- Swim 50 yards with a rescue tube across the chest
- Tread water for 1 minute without the use of hands
- Retrieve 10-pound object from the bottom of the pool
Certification will be awarded on the last day of class and are contingent upon the candidate's successful completion of the written and practical exam. Valid for 1 year.
You must have a Hip Pack, Whistle, and Circle Aquatic CPR mask to attend this course. Please select ONE from the below options (mask only OR pack, whistle, and mask) or email admin@premierhealthandsafety.com an image of what you already have for approval.
